General Terms and Conditions:

Graphic Formats:

  • Formats accepted include EPS for color separation, Bitmap (Scanned Images), TIFF for (1Color) with resolution of 300dpi standard - 600dpi for small artwork. Images that are not acceptable for production include 72dpi images, GIF, PDF, and JPEG format. A hard copy proof (faxed OK) must accompany ALL digital artwork. All text must be converted to outline or curves. (Digital print-ready art consists of artwork in Adobe Illustrator EPS vector format or Corel Draw outline to curves). Camera ready art may also be provided for single color. (Camera ready art consists of black & white hard copy artwork scaled to size and position). Images using halftones or grayscale must be supplied in original electronic designed form for best results in the silkscreen process and color separation. Layout and art charges will be billed at $60/hr. (Z) with a minimum charge of $30 (Z).


  • Imprint charges for up to two colors may be included in the price of some products. If imprint charges or additional color are required, please use the following pricing:

Imprint Color:

  • Special Available standard colors are: Black, White.  All PMS color numbers are for reference only.  Most PMS colors print translucent. Additional running charge for a white underlay may be required


  • Paper Proof:  $14(G). Orders involving extensive copy changes or personalization’s, requiring multiple paper proofs, will be charged $12(G) for the first page and $7(G) for each additional proof page.
  • Pre-Production 1st Article/Product Proof:  Required on all custom orders.  Pricing dependant on product plus, all set ups and PMS color match fees. Set ups and PMS fees will not be charged again on the first production order if no changes are made.
  • Customer's Revision of Copy After Proof:  Necessary art charges plus any new screen costs will apply.



Speculative Samples:

  • Stock Item:  Same pricing as above for product proof. If order is not placed within 14 working days, repeat set up charges above will apply to production order. New screen charges will apply with any artwork changes.
  • Custom Item:  Same as above plus prototype development charged at straight shop time, quoted upon request.



Change of Copy:

  • For Each Different Copy in No Less Than Catalog Minimum Quantity:  Add $25(G) per color or copy element.
  • For Less Than Catalog Minimum Quantity:  Add $30(G) per color.

Minimum Order Quantity:

  • $50 for stock orders or 50 pieces for custom orders

Over & Under Runs:

  • For custom orders, you may receive up to 5% in over-runs or under-runs unless otherwise agreed. You may request “No over-runs” at no additional charge as long as you are willing to accept up to 5% under-runs. “Exact quantity” orders are subject to a 5% surcharge.

Production Time:

  • 10-15 working days. Production time begins upon receipt of approved art and credit approval.

Rush Services:

  • Available for an additional charge. Call for pricing and availability.


  • Customer will be notified of available stock and estimated back order date at time order is placed.

Special Packaging:

  • Most products are bulk packed unless arranged otherwise. (Fulfillment and special handling are available.  Please call for a quote.)


  • FOB: Calexico, California  92231

Drop Shipments:

  • Add $5 (Z) per drop after the second location.

Returns and Cancellations:

  • We will accept returns of stock products that have not been used, for exchange or refund of the purchase price, within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.  On items that are pre-approved for return or cancellation, the customer will be liable for a restocking or cancellation fee equal to the amount that Taymar incurs from its suppliers, or a 25% restocking fee is applicable (which ever is greater).  All pre-approved returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  All RAN numbers are issued by our customer service department at (800) 624-1972.  No returns will be accepted for CUSTOM ORDERS. 

Shipping Damages: 

    • Buyer is responsible to immediately inspect all goods upon delivery.  All shipping related damage claims must be made by the receiver of the goods to the respective shipping company in a timely manner.  Taymar will make a reasonable effort in supplying related documents to support your claims.  However, it is ultimately the receiver’s responsibility to file the damage claim.  Each individual shipping company has different claim procedures per their individual guidelines, terms and conditions.  Taymar will not be liable for any damages, lost or stolen goods caused by the shipping company.  Additionally, Taymar INDUSTRIES is not responsible for damages or loss in connection with our products BEING re-shipped to another location after it has been received in good order at the original ship to address specified on the purchase order.
